The documentation server should eventually report these conditions:

- Markdown documents missing required frontmatter.
- Documents past their `review_interval`.
- Inventory records missing required fields.
- Inventory records pointing to missing docs.
- Public traffic routes without linked services.
- Services marked public without a traffic route.
- Virtual machines without a hypervisor host.
- Broken relative links.
- Critical services without runbooks.
- Backup policies without a last restore test.
