They mounted NaviCodeTui without mocking the terminal API. The mount worker
resolves a session and replays its history with load_history(), which rebuilds
the chat; against a running Navi on :8099 that replay landed after the test had
injected stream_delta and wiped the bubble, so the test passed only while no
server happened to be listening. Mock the same calls the neighbouring TUI test
modules do.
