Two icon buttons next to the context chip left the phone header without
room for the title. They now sit behind a GnDropdown triggered by a single
"more" icon, with the panel anchored to the right edge it opens from.

Sharing stays in the menu only while a session is open; the item labels are
computed so they follow the interface language.
