GET /sessions/{id}/info now carries the session's pending recall, and
GET /sessions/{id}/recall answers in one shape ({"recall": {...} | null})
instead of a flat object when found and a wrapper when not. The lookup is a
single indexed row rather than the newest 50 recalls filtered in Python.
