Android app: native push notifications via JS bridge + background hold
...
WebView has no Push API, so the app shows notifications natively:
- NaviBridge JS interface (window.NaviAndroid): notify(), permission
request with a 'navi-perm-result' event callback, background-mode
start/stop and the Doze-exemption ask.
- BackgroundService: dataSync foreground service + partial wake lock —
holds the process (and the WebView WebSocket) open while the app is
minimized; quiet persistent notification with a "Отключить фон" action.
Notification channels: silent background presence, high-importance
messages.
- Manifest: POST_NOTIFICATIONS / FOREGROUND_SERVICE(_DATA_SYNC) /
WAKE_LOCK / REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS + service entry;
notification tap resumes MainActivity (singleTask) into open_url.
- webclient: nativeBridge composable; usePush gets a bridge mode that
replaces web-push entirely (settings toggle keeps working); chat store
raises 'Navi ответила' through the bridge on stream end when the
window is hidden. Fixed a latent undefined-variable in web syncState
(notificationsSupported -> notifSupported()).
- New unit tests for the bridge surface; 147 frontend tests + APK build
pass.

port: 8000/8001 -> 8099/8098 everywhere
...
navi runs on shared servers where 8000/8001 are usually taken. New
defaults: API 8099, navi_ui MCP 8098. Touched: config defaults
(navi_port, navi_ui_mcp_port, public_url, gnauth_redirect_uri),
navi-server launcher docs, env.template/.env.example, install.sh
health-check fallback, terminal client base_url, webclient dev configs
(useWebSocket, contentLinks, vite proxy), android url hint, docs.
Also made the navi_ui FastMCP constructor port settings-driven instead
of a hardcoded 8001 (it was overridden at start anyway).

Open admin panel in new browser tab from Android and webclient
...
Android:
- Add /admin path to shouldOpenExternally so admin links open in
the system browser instead of the WebView.
Webclient:
- Add target="_blank" and rel="noopener noreferrer" to the admin
link in AppSidebar.vue so it opens in a new tab.

Add Android deep-link OAuth bridge for WebView auth
...
Problem: Android WebView opens OAuth in external browser (Chrome).
After successful login, cookie stays in Chrome and WebView remains
unauthenticated because cookies are not shared between apps.
Solution: bridge page flow that avoids cookies entirely for mobile.
Backend:
- /auth/login accepts ?platform=android and ?return_to params
- /auth/callback detects android via state metadata, skips cookie,
redirects to /auth/mobile-done?sid=<session_id>
- /auth/mobile-done renders HTML that deep-links to navi://auth/callback
Webclient:
- login() detects NaviAndroid UA and adds ?platform=android
Android:
- MainActivity: handle incoming navi:// intent in onCreate and onNewIntent,
set cookie via CookieManager, reload WebView
- AndroidManifest: add intent-filter for navi://auth/callback and
singleTask launchMode

Open external links in browser on Android; add NaviAndroid UA token
...
- shouldOverrideUrlLoading: external URLs open via Intent, Navi server stays in WebView
- User-Agent gets "NaviAndroid/1.0" suffix for platform detection
- webclient/composables/usePlatform.js: exports isAndroid for future Android-specific behavior

Make server I/O non-blocking; update docs
...
- Wrap all heavy filesystem ops in asyncio.to_thread: filesystem tool
(read/write/append/list/find/info/move/delete/query/smart_edit),
image_view (read_bytes), share_file (shutil.copy2), write_tool
(write_text, _register_user_tool), session_files (shutil.rmtree,
iterdir), sessions upload endpoint (sync open/write → to_thread)
- Make delete_session_dir async; update its caller in sessions.py
- docs/config.md: fix wrong defaults (threshold 0.70, keep_recent 8),
remove phantom SESSION_FILES_TTL_HOURS, add LLM timeouts, DATABASE_URL,
PUBLIC_URL, Gmail, CONTEXT_SUMMARY_MAX_TOKENS sections
- docs/profiles.md: add missing tool_developer profile to table
- android-client: add WebView remote debugging; remove unused toolbar menu
- Remove stale helper scripts and test files

Add Android WebView client (android-client/)
...
Thin Android shell that loads the Navi web interface from a configured
server URL. All UI served from the server — no local assets, no rebuild
needed for interface updates.
Features:
- First-launch setup screen to enter server URL (stored in SharedPreferences)
- On connection error: clears saved URL so next launch re-asks
- Full-screen WebView, no toolbar
- Camera + gallery + file picker via WebChromeClient.onShowFileChooser
- HTTP cleartext enabled for local network access
- targetSdk 34 to avoid forced edge-to-edge on Android 15
- Adaptive icon: logo SVG converted to Android vector drawable
