The third area of the interface translation. AppSidebar, SessionList and
SessionItem now build their text through t(): New Chat, the profile strip and
its filter buttons, the list label (Conversations / Service sessions, and
"30 results" while searching), the empty and loading states, the per-session
icons' tooltips (pinned, scheduled recall, service session), the row actions
(pin / unpin / cancel recall / skip next / delete and its confirm dialog), and
the footer identity (Local mode / Log out / Log in / Settings / Admin).

Also the shared time labels in composables/useTime.js — "just now" and
"5 min ago" — which the messages area renders too; they go to common.*
because both screens say the same words. The label is a cached string, not a
template that re-renders, so the composable now watches locale and rewrites
itself when the language changes. The absolute fallbacks format against
locale.value instead of the browser locale.

31 new slugs: 28 in sidebar.*, plus common.delete, common.minutesAgo (plural)
and confirm.deleteSession. English values are verbatim the old literals, so
the English interface is unchanged and no test needed editing.

Checked live in Chromium against the built bundle on the dev backend: the
sidebar was read in all three languages both in the plain list and with the
search field open, including every title / aria-label / placeholder / alt, with
a slug-leak scan as the pass condition.

One English string stays put on purpose: GnSearchField's aria-label
="Clear search" is baked into the UI kit component, not passed in, so it is
English on every gnexus client; docs/i18n.md now says so.

- sidebar: service-sessions toggle (special=true fetch replaces the
  regular list, active search drops out), muted style + robot icon on
  special items in the list
- settings: Synapse reactions panel — enable switch, completion push
  preference (always / only failures / never), notification destination
  (app / app+Synapse / Synapse, Synapse options disabled while no
  source key), reaction instructions editor with save + edit history
  (author and reason per version)
- stores: synapseReactions store; sessions store fetches respect
  showSpecial; getSessions passes special param
- vitest for api/session store/panel; dist rebuilt

All ~165 legacy var() usages (--color-*, --surface*, --accent*, --border,
--text*) with hex fallbacks and ~150 raw hex literals across app.scss and
24 scoped style blocks are swapped to the kit's --gn-* tokens per the
intent of the old fallback values:

- accent/primary/teal (#7aa2f7/#4ec9b0) -> --gn-color-secondary
- amber/orange highlights -> --gn-color-accent
- text greys -> --gn-color-text-{light,medium,dark}
- panels -> --gn-surface-panel; elevated tints -> color-mix over panel
- translucent overlays -> color-mix(in srgb, ..., transparent)

Deliberately literal: terminal deep bg #0f0f14 (darker than any token)
and the content-card image badge teal #89dceb (kit has no teal). File
type badges keep a categorical palette via nearest kit tokens.

Dead "UI kit overrides" block halved: kit 1.0 dropped hover icon
rotation, so only the app-owned chevron open-state flip remains.

Verified: vitest 111 passed, build OK, dev render matches W1 baseline

- documentTitle: persistent nameById map — names for sessions beyond the
  loaded list page (list only holds ~30); map filled by fetches and
  loadSession meta, never wiped by later refetches
- createSession: placeholder inserted at the position the server list
  would give it (after pinned run, last_active desc) so refetch no
  longer visibly moves the new row
- SessionItem: skip empty .session-icons wrapper when no icons
- drawer breakpoint made exclusive (-sidebar-drawer 1280 -> 1279.98):
  viewport of exactly 1280px now gets the desktop sidebar

- fetchSessions merges into existing items (preserve object references)
  instead of wholesale array replacement — DynamicScroller reuses rows,
  the list no longer repaints/reflows on every refetch (measured: sidebar
  repaint spikes 8-17% per switch -> 0)
- AppSidebar.handleSelect no longer refetches the list on a plain select;
  refetch only when leaving search (the array still held search results)
- loadSession now lives only in handleSelect — SessionList.onSelect used
  to start a first load and handleSelect raced it with a second one
  (double fetch + double buildMessageList, incl. search-jump target)
- pinSession mutates in place instead of replacing every item object
- SessionItem.highlightText matches on the raw string so <mark> offsets
  stay correct when the text contains &/</>

Backend fixes:
- stop_session now stops headless recall runs via _busy_sessions dict
- _fire_recall sets user ContextVars so tools work correctly
- MaxIterationsReached treated as success, not failure
- skip_next_recall uses GREATEST(trigger_at, now) for overdue recalls
- schedule_recall rejects past trigger times
- timezone offset double-adjustment fixed for aware datetimes
- _fire_recall registers _AgentRun for reconnect/replay support
- session_sync race with stream_start fixed

Frontend improvements:
- Recall banner moved to ChatHeader with live Cancel/Skip buttons
- Recall messages styled with is_recall flag and badge
- Real-time recall updates via WebSocket (recall_update events)
- Recall filter moved to sessions-header as toggle button
- Session list shows clock icon for sessions with pending recall
- Empty state messages for empty/filtered session lists
- Fixed missing api import in ChatHeader.vue

Tests:
- Updated scheduler_loop tests for _busy_sessions dict change
