Fix Vue avatar demo vertical alignment ...

The vue-avatar-app used a non-existent .cluster class, so avatars were
not aligned. Switch to .demo-row so they line up like the vanilla
examples.

Fix Vue toast demo provider usage ...

useToast() is called in setup before the template renders, so it ran
outside the provider's provide scope. Switch the demo to call toast
methods directly through the provider's exposed API via template refs.

Remove input border inside input group ...

When GnInput is placed inside GnInputGroup, it carries the .input class
from the standalone input styles, which added an unwanted border and
focus shadow. Override border and box-shadow to keep the group shell as
the only border.
